Blue Ocean Wealth Solutions, LLC is seeking an entry-level Financial Services Associate to help develop long-term client relationships and gain hands-on experience in financial planning and wealth management. The role features industry-leading training, licensing support, and ongoing mentorship within a collaborative team.

You will work with the in-house Planning Team to deliver investment, retirement, and insurance strategies while building a rewarding career with a Top Long Island Workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated interest in financial services, wealth management, sales, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships through financial discovery and needs-based planning.
• Assist in delivering personalized financial strategies across investments, retirement, insurance, and fees-based planning with our Planning Team.
• Participate in ongoing client reviews to keep strategies aligned with goals and market conditions.
• Support onboarding, account establishment, servicing, and required documentation.
• Serve as a trusted contact for client inquiries on activity, planning, and service needs.
• Collaborate with investment, insurance, and planning specialists to deliver wealth management solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory updates.
• Contribute to business growth through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
