In this role, you’ll collaborate across disciplines, provide technical guidance to emerging engineers, and help advance projects that make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide advanced judgment and analysis techniques to complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of projects with other engineering disciplines and project management staff.
• Monitor project progress and performance to ensure efficient production and minimize issues in vital infrastructure.
• Complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
• Provide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staff.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum of 4 years of discipline‑specific engineering experience required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred.

Salary Range:
