Job summary

Carollo Engineers, Inc. in Buford, GA, is seeking a Civil or Environmental Engineer-in-Training to join our water-focused practice. You will work on planning, design, and construction projects for water and wastewater systems, with exposure to modeling, reports, and field testing.

Candidates should have a BS in civil or environmental engineering, basic hydraulics knowledge, and strong communication. Preference for a MS degree; familiarity with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and WaterGEMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Engineer-in-Training Certification (EIT) preferred or required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering work in water and wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructure.
• Work on planning and design projects and prepare reports.
• Develop plans and specifications and cost estimates for projects.
• Model systems and assist with permitting and analyses.
• Provide engineering support during construction and field activities.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
