Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Four-year ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Limited experience with engineering software and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepares plan details, quantities, cost estimates for project segments.
• Assists in preparation of technical specifications.
• Evaluates vendor bids and drawings for compliance with specs.
• Reviews design drawings within defined limits.
• Prepares technical reports or sections of larger reports.
• Performs field tests and collects field data.
• Supports proposal teams as needed.
