Job summary

Wade Trim in Columbus, OH is seeking an Entry Level Civil/Environmental Engineer to join our Water Resources Team to improve infrastructure in our Columbus office. A bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering is required, with 0–3 years of related experience.

Knowledge of AutoCAD 3D, Civil 3D and/or Revit is preferred. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 0-3 years of related experience required; EIT preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Revit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, design, permitting, and construction support on water utility projects.
• Prepare engineering calculations and design reports using local and state standards.
• Prepare construction plans using AutoCAD 3D, Civil 3D and Revit; review plans and specs.
• Assist with permits, cost estimates, scope, budget, and schedule; conduct on-site inspections.
• Maintain client relations and support project managers and meetings.
