Job summary

Kleinfelder's Design Services team is seeking an Entry Level Water Resources Engineer to join our Portland, ME office (also in Boston, MA and Rock Hill, CT). This role offers exposure to water resources planning, design, and construction projects across drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, with a culture focused on growth and collaboration.

We look for 0-2 years of civil engineering experience, a relevant degree, and strong communication, writing, and CAD/GIS skills.

We are seeking an Entry Level Water Resources Engineer in either our Boston, MA, Rock Hill, CT or Portland, ME Offices.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of water resources planning, design and construction projects. We provide solutions to our clients to meet all of their drinking water, wastewater, stormwater needs. Our solutions are forward thinking as we consider the impacts of climate change to our infrastructure needs. Great projects are not the only positive aspect of this role though. You will also work with a talented team of professionals with sought after experience in engineering, environmental studies, watershed management, green stormwater technologies, and climate resiliency expertise. • B.S. or M.S/M.Eng. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related engineering disciplines
• Engineering-In-Training is a plus, but all motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must possess excellent organizational, communication, computer, and technical writing skills.
• 0-2 years of civil engineering experience required with a focus on water resources preferred.
• Strong AutoCAD and GIS skills preferred; willingness to learn required.

The expected salary range for the position is displayedin accordance withthe Massachusetts Wage Transparency Act. Finalagreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.Salary range: $66,560-$81,618.
