Aerotek is hiring a Production Associate for a clean, modern electronics manufacturing facility in Mount Pleasant, WI. The position offers $18.00–$19.80 per hour with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and contract-to-hire potential.

You will support production and warehouse areas by moving materials, operating pallet jacks, handling and organizing products, and assisting with inventory movement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Experience using pallet jacks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

What You'll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Worker, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly by:

• Moving materials and components throughout the facility
• Supporting multiple production and warehouse areas
• Using pallet jacks to transport materials safely
• Handling, packaging, and organizing products
• Assisting with inventory movement and material staging
• Ensuring accurate and efficient product flow
• Following safety and quality procedures
• Lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr.
