Job summary

Custom Glass Atlanta is seeking an entry-level installer/helper to support closet and hardware installation across residential projects. No prior experience required; training will be provided on the job. You will lift, carry, and install materials, using hand and power tools under supervision.

You must be able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and possess a valid driver’s license for a company vehicle. This role includes benefits and opportunities for growth within the IBP family.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and capable of using ladders safely.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Follow the shelving template to cut material, pre-drill holes, and fasten closet shelves to the wall.
• Pull Bath hardware – towel bars, towel rings, and toilet paper holders for individual houses.
• Pull Door Hardware for individual houses.
• Load/unload materials – check off receiver/manifest and product.
• Communicate directly to the supervisor.
