Adecco is partnering with a Durham, NC client to hire a Warehouse Associate for an entry-level role with steady pay and growth potential. You will support machine operations, inspect materials, and help maintain a safe, organized work environment to keep production moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to perform all essential functions safely and effectively.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shift.
• Willing to work mandatory overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Support machine operations by unloading trays of cards, inspecting for defects, and loading approved cards into feeders.
• Maintain high-quality standards through diligent inspection of materials and organized workstations.
• Keep the work environment clean, safe, and organized to promote efficiency and safety for all team members.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and protocols.
• Assist machine operators and supervisors with various tasks to support team objectives and meet production deadlines.
