Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate in Seattle to join our team. Hours are Monday to Friday from 4:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with the starting pay around $23.00 per hour and higher based on experience.

Responsibilities include operating a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders, building and transporting pallets, using RF devices to sort and scan, and receiving and stocking materials while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and accident free.
• Adhere to safety regulations and use PPE.
