Job summary

Ferguson in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to support receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will operate a stand-up forklift, use RF devices to sort and scan orders, palletize goods, and help keep the facility clean and safe. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM with occasional overtime; pay ranges from $15.61 to $23.41 hourly. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and accident-free.
