Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or you are currently enrolled/graduated from a trade/technical program.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a warehouse environment.
• Teamwork and communication skills are important.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
• Drug screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble control valves, regulators, and automated valve systems with precision.
• Perform safety checks and inspections after training.
• Load and unload trucks, organize inventory, ship and receive materials.
• Assist with packaging, skid building, crate loading, and inventory management.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment and support operations.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
