Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Vehicle Imaging Associate to capture and process electronic images of vehicles and manage photos for electronic condition reports (ECR). You will ensure photo quality, maintain the DQI website, and re-image substandard shots as needed.

The role requires basic HS education, up to 2 years’ related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate photo equipment and drive both manual and automatic vehicles. Safety and SOP adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Generally less than 2 years’ experience in a related field.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.

Responsibilities

• Capture and process electronic images of vehicles.
• Upload all pictures associated with electronic condition reports (ECR) and verify the quality and accuracy of each photograph.
• Maintain knowledge of Digital Quality Image (DQI) website.
• Re-image or request re-imaging of any substandard images.
• Process vehicles through the Photo Booth following SOPs if location is equipped.
• Demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors.
• Participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
