Job summary

Carvana is hiring entry-level Lot Attendants to keep our Market Hub vehicles clean and presentable and to coordinate with teammates for timely deliveries and top-notch customer satisfaction. This full-time role offers a starting hourly rate of $15 with a structured merit-based progression that reaches $16 per hour within the first year, plus holidays and PTO.

You will inspect vehicles, wash and vacuum inventory, perform multi-point checks, and work with coworkers and management to ensure safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent desirable.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic issues.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Perform multi-point inspections on arriving inventory.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors.
• Communicate with team and management across the line of business.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
