Job summary

Lee Company is seeking an entry level detailer to work with experienced staff on BIM fabrication modelling for plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems. You will help produce fabrication drawings for installation and manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, ability to read technical literature, and a willingness to learn BIM software. Training and development are provided as part of the team culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical or plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with BIM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in detailing plumbing, mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Produce fabrication drawings for installation and fabrication for manufacturing division.
• Utilize BIM tools to support project delivery.
