About the Role:

Our Verifications team is hiring for Entry Level Underwriters. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to assist customers with the loan application process. Entry Level Underwriters are responsible for reviewing, processing, and making decisions on applicant loans. Your day-to-day tasks will include reviewing financial documents, assisting applicants via phone, gathering additional documents, and verifying financial information to make loan decisions. This role involves partnering with customers to provide a best-in-class experience.

Pay:

$24.00 per hour

Start Date:

July 7, 2025

What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain high quality while processing large volumes of personal consumer loan applications
  • Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls
  • Respond to customer service requests via internal communication systems
  • Become an expert on our products and processes
  • Adapt to changing policies and procedures while maintaining quality
  • Review financial documents submitted by borrowers
  • Verify and calculate customer income
  • Detect suspicious and fraudulent loan applications
  • Meet or exceed production, quality, and customer service goals
