Job summary

Cognizant's TriZetto Product House SSA team is seeking a Sales/Solutions professional to support presales from first contact through contracting and handoff to delivery. You will help scope engagements, develop proposals for existing customers, build forward-looking solutions based on TriZetto products, and assist with timelines and costs while collaborating with delivery teams.

Relocation to the Phoenix, AZ area is required; start in October 2026; base salary is $65,000 with eligibility for

• Bachelor's degree in MIS / Business Analytics / BPM / PM.
• Strong communication skills with a technology background; comfortable working with numbers (Excel, budgeting)
• Understanding of the healthcare industry

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Excellent organization, project coordination, and attention to detail

Position Overview

When you join Cognizant's TriZetto Product House Sales, Solutions & Architecture (SSA) team, you will support the full spectrum of presales — from first contact with the account team through proposal development, contracting, and the handoff to the delivery team. You will help with scope engagements ranging from small implementation projects to complex, multi-million-dollar deals.

Qualifications

Location

New hires will be hired to Cognizant offices and/or client locations in Phoenix, AZ where you will work alongside other experienced Cognizant associates delivering technology solutions. Applicants must be willing to relocate to one of these major geographic areas. While we attempt to honor candidate location preferences, business needs and position availability will determine final location assignment.

Start Date

New hires will start in October 2026 . Exact start dates will be communicated with enough time for you to plan effectively.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is $65,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
