Job summary

Cognizant's TriZetto Product House Sales, Solutions & Architecture team in Phoenix, AZ seeks a candidate to support presales from discovery through contracting and handoff to delivery, helping shape engagements from small projects to multi‑million deals.

You will develop proposals for existing clients, build TriZetto-based solutions, prepare PowerPoint decks, and use AI to accelerate requirements gathering and deliverable creation, with an October 2026 start date.

Position Overview

When you join Cognizant's TriZetto Product House Sales, Solutions & Architecture (SSA) team, you will support the full spectrum of presales — from first contact with the account team through proposal development, contracting, and the handoff to the delivery team. You will help with scope engagements ranging from small implementation projects to complex, multi-million-dollar deals.

What You'll Do

• Support the initial contact and discovery process with the account team

• Help develop proposals for existing customers — ranging from small project work and health checks/assessments to new products and services across Cognizant's service lines

• Build forward-looking solutions grounded in TriZetto products

• Support the contracting process and the transition from sales to the delivery team

• Gain exposure to our products and services, developing solutions with the delivery team — scope, timeline, and cost

• Develop PowerPoint decks and communications for the account team, with potential exposure to client meetings

• Use AI to accelerate proposal development, requirements-gathering, and deliverable creation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with preferred majors in: Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics, Business Process, or Project Management

• Strong communication skills with a technology background; comfortable working with numbers (Excel, budgeting)

• Understanding of the healthcare industry

• Well-rounded and willing to learn — significant on-the-job training provided

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

• Excellent organization, project coordination, and attention to detail

• Ability to learn technical solutions and apply business and financial concepts

• Experience with AI, Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, healthcare industry coursework, or consulting/business case competitions

Location

New hires will be hired to Cognizant offices and/or client locations in Phoenix, AZ where you will work alongside other experienced Cognizant associates delivering technology solutions. Applicants must be willing to relocate to one of these major geographic areas. While we attempt to honor candidate location preferences, business needs and position availability will determine final location assignment.

Start Date

New hires will start in October 2026 . Exact start dates will be communicated with enough time for you to plan effectively.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is $65,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
