Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required and Florida Bar member.
• Minimum 2 years criminal law experience (prosecutorial or defense).
• Strong interest in trial law and excellent communication/critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct jury trials, non-jury trials, and various hearings.
• Investigate, evaluate, and prepare cases for trial.
• Perform legal research and writing.
• Communicate with victims, witnesses, and law enforcement personnel.
• Manage a high-volume caseload under pressure.
