Tri-State Tree Service in Pensacola, FL seeks a Tree Service Field Assistant (Entry Level) to support arboriculture operations on ground crews. You will assist climbers and equipment specialists, manage materials, and maintain a safe, organized job site.

Training and progression to Operator, Climber, or Crew Leader are available. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license with clean driving history.
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team.
• Capability to perform outdoor labor in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ground support for arboriculture operations and assist climbers and equipment specialists.
• Support rigging and material management with teams.
• Load/unload equipment and materials at project locations.
• Maintain site cleanliness and organize tools during work activities.
