Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field; master's preferred.
• 0-2 years of treasury or related financial experience.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets, treasury operations, and risk management principles.
• Strong work ethic, well-organized, self-starter.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced, multi-cultural environment; interpret instructions; solve problems with limited standardization.
• Attention to detail; strong aversion to errors.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Funding: develop capital structure and funding strategies with banks and debt markets.
• CP Dealing: support daily CP program issuance and management (~$3B).
• Financial Risk Management: assist hedge strategies for FX, rates, and commodities.
• Rating Agency Support: model rating methodologies used by agencies.
• Affiliate Finance: analyze subsidiary capital structures considering tax, currency, and sovereign risk.
• Reporting & Forecasting: prepare cash flow projections and liquidity analyses.
• Analytical Support & Strategic Insight: provide data-driven insights on trends to guide decisions.
