Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking personnel to support battery swap projects, based near the Chicago area with travel to IA, WI, and MN. The role involves installing batteries and related equipment, with a need for carrying personal hand tools and working on-site with a team at client locations in IL and surrounding states.

The position is contract-to-hire, primarily in Romeoville, IL, with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour and comprehensive benefit options for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Comfortable installing batteries or other CO equipment.
• No prior battery install experience required.
• Ability to travel to client sites across IL, IA, WI, MN.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing batteries and associated infrastructure and rack.
• Work as part of a team at client sites across multiple states.
• Use own hand tools as needed for installation and maintenance.
