DJ&A seeks a motivated Transportation Planner I to support multimodal transportation plans and designs across the United States. You will assist with data collection, analysis, and report preparation while learning to apply GIS, AutoCAD, and modeling tools under experienced mentorship.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a drive to grow in transportation planning and design within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in urban planning, transportation planning, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant coursework or specialization in transportation planning or transportation engineering is preferred.
• Previous internship or work experience in transportation planning, transportation engineering, or a related field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in collecting and analyzing transportation data including traffic counts and surveys.
• Support development of transportation plans, safety plans, and corridor studies.
• Collaborate with senior planners and engineers to analyze issues and propose solutions.
