Job summary

Collier County’s MPO seeks a detail-oriented professional to collect, organize, and evaluate transportation planning data and support the development of plans, studies, and reports. The role involves performance measures, program compliance, and interagency coordination.

The candidate will assist with public involvement, prepare meeting materials, and help track deadlines for UPWP, TIP, and LRTP, while performing administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• One year of related experience is required.
• Fingerprinting required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License with any applicable endorsement(s) to drive a County vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Collects, organizes, and evaluates transportation planning data.
• Supports development of plans, studies, and reports; assists with performance measures and program compliance.
• Attends and assists with MPO meetings; drafts minutes and related documentation.
