About You

The company is looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• 0-1 year of professional transportation engineering experience
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
• Experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD / Civil3D, InRoads, HydroCAD is a plus
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in office or virtual environments
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, and committed
• Strong computer skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $81,000 to $83,000, determined by factors such as location, experience, and credentials
