Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of continuous work experience or equivalent Military training/education.
• Ability to operate forklift or learn.
• Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Pass pre-employment tests and drug/background checks.
• Able to pass PAT after offer.
• Work in areas with possible extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate tissue manufacturing machine producing products for a large population.
• Support safety, quality and efficiency in daily production.
• Participate in shift handoffs and team collaboration to improve processes.
