Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Tire Technician to join our friendly, family-owned team. You’ll replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with hands-on training designed to build skills for more advanced roles.

You'll work in a fast-paced shop that values safety, customer service, and teamwork. No prior experience is required; we provide paid weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and a clear path to advanced tire technician and service leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
