Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician in Ohio. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles and receive hands-on training designed to build skills for advanced roles.

You’ll work in a fast-paced shop, operate tire machines and balancers, assist customers, and contribute to a safe, high-quality customer experience. We value teamwork, safety, and a family-friendly culture that has supported our people for decades.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with a team.
• Capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Able to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and mechanical hazards.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
