Flynn’s Tire is hiring Tire Technicians for our Belmont Ave, OH location. No automotive experience or degree is required. We provide comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help Tire Techs succeed and grow within our organization.

Qualifications

• MVR & background check required/acceptable.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20–80 lbs.
• No automotive experience required.
• Degree not required (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills.
