Tire Discounters in Kentucky is seeking an entry-level Tire Technician to learn a hands-on role installing, repairing, and rotating tires for customers. You will operate tire equipment and complete work orders while building foundational skills for advancement.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 + per hour effective rate
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service to meet customer needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
