Job summary

Tire Discounters in Indianapolis is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician to install, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. You’ll receive hands-on training to build the skills needed for advancement while contributing to a safe, efficient shop floor.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and varying weather.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting customers' needs.
