Job summary

Tire Discounters invites entry-level Tire Technicians to join a family-owned automotive service team. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires, using balancers and tire machines, while learning through hands-on training designed to prepare you for advanced roles.

You’ll support customers and co-workers, maintain shop organization, and contribute to a safe, collaborative work environment. This role offers clear growth paths and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Your Role as an Entry Level Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do:

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
