Job summary

Tire Discounters in Milford, OH is seeking an Entry Level Tire Technician. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires, operating balancers and tire machines. You’ll complete work orders and help keep the shop organized while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role offers hands-on training to grow into advanced positions, with pay ranging from $14.00 to $16.00+ per hour and overtime/weekly commissions. Saturdays availability is required.

Your Role as an Entry Level Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do:

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
• Effective Pay: $14.00–$16.00+ per hour
