Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician to join our store in Troy, OH. You’ll gain hands-on training while learning to replace, rotate, and repair tires, with clear pathways for advancement within the family-owned company.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires on customer vehicles.

Your Role As An Entry Level Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.

Compensation

• Effective Pay: $14.00-$16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
