Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an Entry Level Tire Technician in the Louisville area to learn tire installation, repair, and rotation. You will operate tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, and keep the shop organized while delivering excellent customer service.

This hands-on role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and opportunities to advance within our family-owned automotive service network.

Qualifications

• Service oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour effective rate.
• Effective rate includes overtime and weekly commission on tire services.

Your Role as an Entry Level Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.
