Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring an Advanced Tire Tech in the United States Georgia area. You will train others while receiving guidance from Service Technicians to grow into higher roles. This is a hands-on tire care and shop operation position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in tire tech or automotive role.
• Service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Teamwork and good interpersonal communication.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• General mechanical skills are helpful but not required.
• Capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the USA and at least 18 years old.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Safety-focused with ability to handle mechanical hazards and weather conditions.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our team of Tire Technicians excel at replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on our customers' vehicles. As an Advanced Tire Tech, you are considered elite and will have the chance to train others while receiving guidance and support from our Service Technicians. This will help you acquire the fundamental skills of auto repair, preparing you for more challenging roles within our company.

COMPENSATION PLAN

• Effective Pay: $14.00–$16.00+ per hour
