Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring a Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires for customers. You will operate tire equipment, complete orders, and support customers while maintaining a clean shop. This level is advanced, with opportunities to train others and advance under supervision.

We offer ASE training reimbursement, a tool discount program, and a pathway toward Service Technician and Service Manager roles as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience
• Service orientation with a positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work with a team and good interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• General mechanical skills are helpful but not required
• Capable of continuous standing, bending, lifting (up to 75 lbs.)
• Authorized to work in the USA and at least 18 years of age
• Available to work Saturdays
• Safety-focused with tolerance for mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions

Position Overview

Our team of Tire Technicians excel at replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on our customers' vehicles. As an Advanced Tire Tech, you are considered elite and will have the chance to train others while receiving guidance and support from our Service Technicians. This will help you acquire the fundamental skills of auto repair, preparing you for more challenging roles within our company.

Compensation Plan

• Effective Pay: $14.00-$16.00+ per hour
