Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is looking for an entry-level Tire Technician to join our team in Fort Thomas, KY. You’ll gain hands-on training to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with room to grow into more advanced roles.

You’ll work in a fast-paced shop, using tire machines and balancers, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a safe work environment. This role offers weekly pay and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

Your Role As An Entry Level Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.

Compensation & Perks

• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 + per hour effective rate
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus
• Paid weekly
