You will work with store management to uphold standards for productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction while adhering to internal controls and procedures. The role emphasizes customer service, physical work (lifting 40-50 lbs), and foundational auto service knowledge.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mounts, dismounts, balances, and repairs tires for passenger and light trucks.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Document vehicle safety inspections.
• Unsupervised vehicle maintenance including headlights, belts, batteries, wiper blades.
• Collaborate with store management to meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a neat, clean work area and dispose of waste properly.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.
