Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Wisconsin Neenah is seeking a Test Engineer to continually improve test performance and equipment, troubleshoot complex issues, support equipment installation and changes, and provide technical guidance across our global operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of related experience; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and working knowledge of lab/test equipment. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are expected.
• Experience with lab/test equipment is a plus.

• Develops Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements.
• Utilizes appropriate tools and equipment to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification.
• Demonstrates a clear, discipline-specific understanding of the full Plexus Manufacturing processes/ Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
• Successfully executes responsibilities in adherence to Plexus' Manufacturing Processes
• Produces comprehensive project documentation based on the needs of the project and in accordance with the quality and change management procedures and guidelines and as it applies to their role.
