Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months to one year work experience and/or training preferred.

• Wamiliarity with banking products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn to follow customer service procedures to greet customers professionally.
• Develop expertise in processing checking and savings transactions and loan payments.
• Answer routine questions and direct complex inquiries to supervisors.
• Learn to balance cash drawer and process payments and money orders.
• Provide courteous service and refer customers to appropriate bank personnel.
