Job summary

InDyne is seeking an entry-level, onsite technician to support the Telemetry Operations Team at the Atlantic Test Range in Patuxent River, Maryland. The role involves real-time flight test support and troubleshooting telemetry equipment for DoD projects.

You will operate ATAS/TAS, use oscilloscopes and RF equipment, and gain knowledge of RF theory while learning from senior technicians. A strong safety and readiness mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Apprentice/Technician track offered with progression to higher technician levels.
• Candidate should be a self-starter with eagerness to learn and work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time on long trips.

Responsibilities

• Support local and remote real-time test flights.
• Troubleshoot telemetry antenna and instrumentation issues in real-time.
• Operate Antenna Telemetry Acquisition Systems (ATAS) and Telemetry Acquisition Systems (TAS).
• Operate oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, receivers, and transmitters.
• Learn RF theory and its applications.
• Work with basic hand tools and perform practical tasks.
• Learn from senior technicians.
