Job summary

Clear Vision Communications is expanding its team and hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to represent our client in retail locations and local promotional events. You will help customers learn about new services and guide them through the enrollment process.

This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles, with base pay plus commission and weekly performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers face to face in retail environments and community events
• Represent our client professionally while promoting telecommunications services
• Educate customers on available service options, bundles, and current promotions
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits
• Assist customers through the sign up and enrollment process
• Build relationships with customers and create positive brand experiences
• Track daily interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Participate in team training sessions focused on sales, communication, and leadership development
