Job summary

Phnx International is seeking an Entry Level Technician based in Largo, Maryland, to assist in the maintenance and operation of underwater search and recovery systems. The technician will work in teams and may travel internationally on short notice.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree or equivalent training, knowledge of hydraulic systems, and be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A current U.S. passport is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, two years of formal mechanical and hydraulic training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of diesel generator sets and hydraulic tools.
• Ability to read schematics and use test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot underwater search and recovery systems.
• Maintain logs, records, and documentation.
• Comply with established QMS processes and procedures.
