The Naval Nuclear Laboratory Bettis site seeks an entry-level Technician to support the RPI&C lab infrastructure. You will perform testing, troubleshoot equipment, coordinate preventive maintenance, and help maintain modern test systems.

This role emphasizes safe completion of work packages, calibration of instruments, and inventory control, with opportunities to contribute to upgrades and qualification activities in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• HD diploma or equivalent with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Associates degree or Journeyman Papers or Naval Nuclear Propulsion Operator qualification.
• Entry-level technician role supporting lab testing and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support testing, troubleshooting, coordination and periodic facility tests.
• Perform preventative maintenance to support a fully capable laboratory.
• Maintain and modernize the lab's test systems and test articles.
