ServiceMaster Superior Cleaning & Restoration in Port Chester, NY is hiring an Entry-Level Restoration Technician to join our team. You will support water, fire, and mold remediation tasks under the Lead Technician, performing cleaning, basic demolition, and site maintenance.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to company guidelines, punctuality, and strong customer service as you follow work orders and ensure quality on every job. Training provided; no prior experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides cleaning and restoration services following assigned work orders.
• Performs water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation as directed by supervisor.
• Performs other cleaning duties (post construction cleaning, detailed house cleaning, etc.).
• Works on ladders and in crawlspaces as needed.
• Reports equipment malfunctions to supervisor and customer issues to supervisor.
• Completes tasks per company processes while maintaining quality control on each job.

Job Description

Provides cleaning and restoration services to customers following assigned work orders provided by the Lead Technician/Crew Chief.

• Performs water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed by supervisor to include water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction and demolition
• Ability to perform other cleaning duties (i.e., post construction cleaning, detailed house cleaning, construction site maintenance, exterior structure cleaning, windows, gutters, etc.) not disaster related
• Ability to work on ladders and in crawlspaces
• Reports any equipment malfunction to supervisor
• Reports any customer problems or damage to supervisor
• Completes assigned job tasks according to company processes while maintaining quality control on each job
