Sullivan Tire in Massachusetts is seeking an Entry Level Technician to perform entry‑level vehicle maintenance and tire service while prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction. Work with store management to support productivity and profitability.

This role requires a customer‑service focus, ability to lift 40–50 lbs, and a willingness to learn a wide range of tire and auto service tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires on passenger and light truck vehicles.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Document vehicle safety inspections.
• Conduct unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs (headlights, belts, batteries, wiper blades).
• Collaborate with store management to meet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and maintain a clean workspace.

Sullivan Tire, an employee‑owned company, currently has an opportunity to be an Entry Level Technician. The Entry Level Technician performs entry‑level vehicle maintenance repairs and services on customers’ vehicles while delivering the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are met. Adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Correctly mounts, dismounts, balances, and repairs passenger and light truck tires.
• Properly performs lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Properly performs and documents vehicle safety inspections.
• Performs unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs, including, but not limited to, headlights, fan belts, batteries, and wiper blade replacement.
• Works with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are met.
• Adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains a neat and clean work area by properly disposing of all waste products.
• Assumes other responsibilities as needed.
