Sullivan Tire And Auto Service in Canton, MA is seeking an Entry Level Technician to perform basic vehicle maintenance and tire services, delivering high quality and customer satisfaction.

You will work with store management to ensure productivity and profitability while adhering to internal controls and procedures, providing safe and reliable service to customers' vehicles. This is an entry-level role with on-the-job training and potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus in a retail environment.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.

• Basic understanding of the automotive tire and auto service industry.

Responsibilities

• Correctly mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires for passenger and light trucks.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Perform and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Carry out unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs (e.g., headlights, belts, batteries, wipers).
• Collaborate with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and dispose of waste properly.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.

The Entry Level Technician performs entry-level vehicle maintenance repairs and services on customers' vehicles while delivering the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are met. Adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures.

The Entry Level Technician performs entry-level vehicle maintenance repairs and services on customers' vehicles while delivering the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
