Epic, based on our campus in Madison, WI, is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer who will diagnose complex health‑system software problems and guide implementation across multiple locations.

You will join a team serving leading health systems, travel occasionally for customer work, and receive relocation assistance; candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship and be vaccinated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or greater.
• A history of academic excellence or professional success.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison area (reimbursed).
• COVID‑19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and identify solutions for mission-critical health software.
• Manage the implementation of solutions across multiple locations and stakeholders.
