Job summary

Epic is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer based at our campus in Madison, WI. You will collaborate with customer counterparts to diagnose and resolve software issues that impact over 305 million patients globally.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, you’ll work on software that impacts 305 million patients around the world. Together with customer counterparts, you’ll diagnose problems, identify solutions, and manage implementation across multiple physical locations and stakeholders. You will tackle mission‑critical and complex issues beyond simple “turn it off and on again” fixes.
